Training Review - Weeks 7 & 8

No need to use minor life events as an excuse for being slightly under my numbers this fortnight. After 5-years of successfully dodging Covid it has finally caught up with me, and to be honest I am not a fan. I haven't had much in the way of respiratory effects, and what I did have was mitigated by my asthma medication.
