Training Review - Weeks 19 & 20

ETU Aquathlon in Pamplona was the first of my 6 internationals this year.

I did what I am currently capable of, given how much I missed last year and my current form. It deserves more of a write up than these two lines, but basically it was a good trip, with lots of good friends, and a half decent, but not all the way decent, race

I finished 15th, which is not my worst at this level, but far from my best. I think there is about 2 minutes to find, and just 5 weeks to find it before Worlds in Pontevedra.

I also did my first ever podcast interview, which you will be able to find here in about 4-6 weeks.
