Training Review - Weeks 23 & 24
Another late post as I struggle to find time for even basic daily functions at the minute. I seem to be either working, training, eating or sleeping all the time and the backlog of chores is growing continually. I am not even sure when I am going to have time to pack my bike this week before we fly out to Pontevedra on Saturday morning.
I have had a binge of races this fortnight as I try to race myself in to some sort of running shape. It seems to be working but on hilly and rolling courses the times don't quite reflect what I think is in my legs. I have a new pair of Adidas Boston 12's for Pontevedra which I have just done a single run in to check the sizing.

Run 41.9 miles. (40.2 miles).
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 stretching / rollering session. 10 mins of yoga.
