Training Review - Weeks 27 & 28
I have been struggling with training time since I got back from Pontevedra so the numbers for running and swimming are way down this fortnight.
I have been doing my 10% Tour de France challenge though, so bike numbers are way up, and I have included some 'proper' mountain biking within that, including a trip to Monster trails at Fochabers and doing proper reps sessions on that bike, and doing actual training sessions on the watt bike at work.
I have a bit of a breathing problem at the minute which might be a cold / covid or might just be allergies.
Only 3 weeks now until Euro Champs in Czechia, so no real time to make any major changes.

Swim 2.4 miles / 3,800 m. (4.6 miles).
Bike 152.0 miles. (93.0 miles). MTB 35.5 miles. (27.9 miles).
Run 29.3 miles. (37.8 miles).
0 short core, 0 short light weights and 0 stretching / rollering session. 0 mins of yoga.
